Shipping charges will be billed to the customer as part of their order. All shipments will be made through FedEx, with alternate shipping made through other channels as necessary by Robert Rhea Photography or our fulfillment centers. Some handling fees may apply. Returns of custom prints is not allowed. Defects in workmanship or damage during shipping that is a valid grounds for replacement with the same product and image. For orders fulfilled via Shutterfly, all returns must be negotiated with Shutterfly directly. Their returns and contact policies can be found at www.shutterfly.com. No refunds will be given for photographic services performed.
